Cemvita and its cofounder, Dr. Tara Karimi, were named as finalists in the categories of Best Energy & Climate Startup and The Entrepreneur Award. Vicki Hollub, CEO of Oxy received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Oxy has been a strategic investor and longtime partner of Cemvita. The recognitions are a part of the GRIT awards, organized by Ally Energy.

Cemvita is dedicated to harnessing the power of nature to tackle pressing environmental challenges.
